Serves: 1


  • 1 scoop of protein (whey or veg based is fine)
  • Shot of coffee
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • Ice (optional)
  • Butter or coconut oil (optional)


Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. Best to cool coffee slightly first if serving cold. Whey protein works best here as vegetable based protein can be slightly chalky (if you are in a detox / elimination phase then do not use whey).

If adding butter or coconut oil start with a tsp and work up to what ever you are comfortable with. Best to heat in a glass dish first in water before adding to blender and only serve this way hot!
