Ingredients:

  • Bacon
  • Eggs (2 eggs is 1 meal)
  • Onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • You can add your own favourite ingredients

Method:

  1. Pre heat over to 170c.
  2. Dice onion and bacon.
  3. Cook onion until translucent and set aside.
  4. Cook bacon.
  5. Whisk your eggs and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  6. Place mixture in muffin trays and cook for 15 minutes or until springy.
