- Eggs (2 eggs is 1 meal)
- Cherry tomatoes
- You can add your own favourite ingredients
- Pre heat over to 170c.
- Dice onion and bacon.
- Cook onion until translucent and set aside.
- Cook bacon.
- Whisk your eggs and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place mixture in muffin trays and cook for 15 minutes or until springy.
