- 100ml water
- In a large pot bring 2 litres water to the boil.
- Chop broccoli into medium sized florets.
- Place in boiling water.
- Boil until broccoli is bright green & soft, it should still have some firmness to it.
- Place into your blender with water (out of the boiled broccoli pot) and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You can always add more water, so add it slowly.
