Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • 100ml water
  • Salt

Method:

  1. In a large pot bring 2 litres water to the boil.
  2. Chop broccoli into medium sized florets.
  3. Place in boiling water.
  4. Boil until broccoli is bright green & soft, it should still have some firmness to it.
  5. Place into your blender with water (out of the boiled broccoli pot) and salt.
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can always add more water, so add it slowly.
