Does Moderation Exist?

Moderation is a loose term at best. It’s really confusing and people have different ideas of what moderation actually is.

What does moderation mean to you?

To me it moderation is BS.

It is better to stick to an 80/20 rule, which seems more tangible to me. 80% of your life should be working towards health and happiness and 20% of your lifestyle should just be pure HAPPINESS! 😉

How To Avoid Overwhelm When Starting Clean Eating & Exercise

With so many different food and exercise options out there it can be extremely overwhelming for you to know what to do and where to start.

My advice…

Just start somewhere!

Pick one aspect of your current diet, say processed foods. Change this one aspect for 1-3 weeks without changing anything else. 

Really nail it before you move on.

You don’t have to change everything at once.

Once you feel you have got the handle on your first step, then it is time to change another aspect of your lifestyle that isn’t helping you get to your goals.

Here’s a list of items you could start with:

  1. Decrease processed foods
  2. Increase water
  3. Do a 5 minute workout
  4. No soft drink
  5. Increase protein intake
  6. get to bed before 10am
  7. Eat breakfast
  8. Quit self sabotage
  9. Get out doors more often
  10. Increase vegetable intake

My motto is just start somewhere, small steps make a massive difference.

Doe any of this sound familiar…

I have always been overweight even as a kid, it’s my genetics, I’m just big boned, I don’t have the willpower to do that, they must have all the time in the world to workout, I like food too much, I never stick to anything so I might as well not try, when I focus on losing weight it stresses me out…

Honestly I could go on!

What I am asking is your story one that has you growing and moving towards your goals, towards what you want for yourself and your family?

Or do you keep old beliefs that shut you down every time you try to start something new?

There are people out there achieving what you want to achieve… Which proves your story is bullshit!

All those excuses you tell yourself…

You need to STOP…

YOU AND ONLY YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR STORY!

Change your story and watch your whole world change! This shit excites me to my core!
