Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 35g Butter
  • Salt

Method:

  1. In a large pot bring water to the boil.
  2. Chop cauliflower into medium sized florets.
  3. Place in colander to steam.
  4. Steam until cauliflower is almost soft, it should still have some firmness to it.
  5. Place into your blender with butter and salt. Blend until light and fluffy.
