Ingredients:

  • 6 Chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • Fair amount of Celtic sea Salt
  • Olive oil

Method:

You can marinate the chicken the day before or just dress it 5 minutes before you want to cook them.
Sprinkle all ingredients to cover the chicken.
Heat four tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan to medium hot but not sizzling. When the oil is hot add the chicken tenderloins in, there should be a slight sizzle.
Cook for roughly 3 minutes each side.
There is nothing worse than dry chicken so don’t over cook them. They should be nice and juicy.
