The first video on display is the basic version of the exercise. The thumbnails below are listed from beginner at the left and getting more advanced as you scroll to the right.
Just use the equipment you have available! Dumbbells can be used instead of Kettlebells and a plastic milk crate full of bricks can be used instead of a barbell! Just use what you have even if it is your own bodyweight.
