How can you be so outrageous?

How can you be sooooo damn crazy to think –

To think that you can lose all the kilos, change how your body looks, change how you feel, radically up level your confidence and self image –

Without CHANGING your fucking day.

Did you really think that you could just eat more spinach and run around the block and that your body would MAGICALLY change into what you want?

Well! I hate to be the bearer of a SMACK in the effing face, but –

If you REALLY want to create the body that you dare to dream of and don’t tell anyone the truth about –

A body that FEELS effortless and graceful and energetic and light…

A body that is lean and firm and fits into your clothes like it was poured in as liquid…

A body that has other women saying “You mean SHE has kids??” –

Then you are going to have to change EVERYTHING!

You are going to have to change the way you speak to yourself…

What you focus on and appreciate…

How you expect your body to react to your diet and exercise…

What standards you are willing to accept in life…

Which part of the supermarket you shop in…

Literally your WHOLE fucking NORMAL is going to have to up level like a motherfucker if you want to look in REALITY like you see yourself in your head!

Maybe you’re thinking this sounds like a lot of work right now, and truth be told – it probably will take a bit.

Im not talking about what you do though…

It really matters kinda fuck all whether you do yoga or HIIT or crossfit or just simply do some walking and some push ups…

It really matters kinda fuck all whether you eat lots or meat or lots of veg or lots of fat or skip brekky or cut carbs or whatever…

The REAL work –

The work that makes ALL the difference and creates a LASTING change has little to do with food and exercise –

Because its a piece of cake for me to eat healthy food all the time…

Its a fucking cinch for me to do some exercise each day…

Its Oh-So-Fucking-Simple for me to look at my body in the mirror with loving eyes and say “How you doin…” with a cheeky smile…

Its who I am…

Its like breathing…

its as simple as you and I find walking down the street…

But it wasnt always this way.

I used to look in the mirror every day and search for my flaws… Id pinch here and there and ignore all the good that was there and just see the bits that didnt look like in the catelogues…

I used to count everything I ate, Id know all the macros and how much carbs were “allowed” and stress myself fucking sideways that Id eaten too many and would store it as fat…

I used to train myself into submission each day, thinking that if I didnt kill myself in the gym EVERY session then I would go backwards –

It was SO much EFFORT!

I was constantly focussed on the THINGS that I did, rather than the person I was…

Slowly, I began to change my thoughts.

I looked for all the good features on my body…

I let go of the fucking OCD approach to food…

I exercised based on what made me FEEL good rather than what was “right” or what “worked”…

And lo-and-fucking-behold –

Looking awesome became easy…

And because it was easy –

It LASTS.

Imma say that again since it is the fucking KEY to this motherfucker –

IT LASTS IT LASTS IT LASTS!!!

So yeah, redefining who you are on the inside may take some work for sure –

But if you want the results to last, then its fucking worth it.
