I know that I want to help every mum, hell every woman out there build the body of her dreams and then create the life she has always wanted for herself and her kids. I know that I am driven passionately to do this and that I’m fucking amazing at it too!
What about you? What do you have deep down inside you that you KNOW you could offer to the world? What do you know is in there that if the stars all aligned and you took a leap of faith that you could start to live an outrageous, over the top, kickass life?
A new career perhaps?
A new adventure?
A new, hotter, crazier sex life?
A new wardrobe of current size minus 6 clothing?
Or maybe new way of living? A way of living where playing it small just won’t do and you start living large and on your terms EVERY day and fuck anyone who doesn’t want to do it your way?!
I know you do! And you know what? You can have it!
So where do you start?
Step 1: Get your body into a shit hot, fit, functional and jaw dropping state.
There is one truth that you just can’t get away from: you only get one body for this life. And the quality of experience that you get during your time on this blue rock is 100% dependant on how finely tuned your body is. Think about it – a tradesman can only be as effective as the quality of his tools – bad tools will likely result in a bad job done. Well your body is the tool that you are getting the “job” of life done with.
It is hard to be an over the top, strong, sexy, outrageous, living large YOU if you dont have the tools to do the job!
It doesn’t even have to be that hard.
You dont need to make it to the gym everyday and eat lettuce and other crap tasting foods to make it happen. It can be simple, it can be fun and you can make it fit into the craziness of your parenting lifestyle.
Step 2: Realise that the inner voice you have, the one telling you that you can be more and do more and say more is real and MUST be actioned!
This is a really big one for you. And it’s one that I am guilty of myself, time and again. It goes something like this:
You have a moment – a little “A-Ha” moment, somewhere deep in your belly a little spark of excitement comes to you, an idea, an offering, a dream. Something that you know is more important than the mundane stuff in life. A little gift from the universe maybe.
Just having this moment gives you warm feelings and a rush through your body – you get excited as you play out the possibilities that this little idea could bring. The fun. The excitement, The growth. The play and the adventure.
In that moment, you realise that great things are possible and that YOU can do them.
Then, just as quickly, it happens – the negativity sets in. The fear. The doubt. That little bitch that lives in your head starts telling you that its just not possible.
YOU could never be that amazing.
YOU could never act like that in front of people.
YOU dont have the confidence, looks, intelligence, sex appeal, ability or charisma to make it happen.
Well you know what?
FUCK. THAT. SHIT.
It’s all bullshit honey. That lying little bitch that lives in your head and pours negative thoughts on all your best and most exciting ideas – she just ain’t real. You can make it happen and I’ve helped hundreds of women beat her down and get what they want. You just have to retrain your brain to understand that their are no limitations on what you can accomplish!
Step 3: No more fucking excuses!
This is really an extension of step 2, because all excuses really come from that negative self talking biatch in your head.
You will tell yourself:
I don’t have enough money.
I don’t have the time.
I’m too busy with other being a mum / work / family duties at the moment.
It’s not fair of me to put myself first.
I have tried before and it didn’t work out, so it probably won’t work out anyway. I may as well just keep going with what I’m doing now and stay – Eww – comfortable.
The difference between having an amazing idea and achieving it comes down to just one thing: action.
The excuses all disappear with action – because you will discover that they are not real. Once you take action then they become challenges.
A challenge is different than an excuse because a challenge means that even though you are not 100% certain HOW you are going to achieve your desires, you are sure as fuck going to have a go anyway.
Step 4: Pursue with passion – with 100% unrestrained, wild and crazy intent!
Know you can be more than you are being right now?
Well start living it!
You have made the mistake of thinking “When I become (fitter, hotter, richer, smarter, whatever…), then I will start living like I want to”.
It doesn’t work that way.
It happens the opposite way.
You start to live like YOU want to and THEN your life grows to become what you want.
You must begin the process by aligning yourself with what you want to become, rather than living the way you are and waiting for it to suddenly appear, perfect and ready to go.
Take a leap!
You’re better than that, more talented than that and you will land on your feet. Just throw yourself into whatever your passionate, excitement filled dream is and you can work it out along they way.
I know you can do it, because I have done it. And I have seen other women do it.
And they don’t know more, have more or are anything that you are not.
Just be 1% more that person you want to be, each day, every day – and you can’t fail.
