Because how your body looks is ALWAYS a reflection of how much you love your way of life.

Quitting sugar sucks like a motherfucker…

Being so energetic that you couldn’t give a fuck about sugar is easy!

Stopping yourself from binging on food at night is hard…

Not even thinking about food because you are so engaged in your favourite hobby is easy!

Many people ask us if its hard to not eat those oh-so-tempting foods… And the truth is that we do eat them sometimes, but for the most part –

We just dont even think about them! We are so busy creating life the way we want it that often we just forget that its time to eat!

I truly believe that every woman who is successful when it comes to creating their ideal body, at some point, creates a way of life that they love rather than habitually eating a certain way that results in weight loss.

You dont have to do it this way of course, you are welcome to spend years trying to work out the exact right ratio of spinach to meat to blueberries to eat at each meal like I see happening all the time…
