Soooo I ate Coyo (coconut yoghurt) dates and banana and this happened to me last night! I was in so much pain – I just needed to go to sleep!
I wanted to put this up because when we eat something that inflames our stomach it doesn’t matter how much you try to lose weight and it definitely doesn’t matter how many crunches you do – nothing is going to flatten that shit out! 💨
