Ingredients:

  • 250+ grams sashimi salmon
  • 2 limes juice only
  • 1 Lemon juice only
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Coriander (optional)

Avocado Dressing

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 Tbsp natural yogurt
    (if dairy intolerant use olive oil)
  • Salt

Method:

  1. Dice the salmon into small cubes, approx 1 cm.
  2. Mix all ingredients and stir through the raw salmon and allow it to sit until it is cured… it will look cooked (about 20minutes).
  3. Pour off excess liquid and plate up in center of large plate (presentation is everything when eating this dish!)

Avocado Dressing
Mash the avo with the yogurt / olive oil and salt.
