A couple of weeks ago I put these two photos of myself side by side and I had this holy fuck moment -

I was looking good!

Ryan and I had really been doing some hard, focussed workouts at the gym and I had begun to feel like the woman I did before this whole 2 kids and a picket fence thing began!
And I realised something -

I HAD been living and acting like a woman who had accepted the results of childbirth and the busyness of life. 

I HAD accepted that things were going to be “pretty good” now, that i was going to be “in shape” rather than people looking at me and going -

“OMG, does she have kids?!” followed by this whispers that go with female instajealousy…

You know what Im talking about right? You know those rare women that walk into a room and everyone seems to just all at once turn their heads to check out who this strong, confident and sexy woman is that is oozing sass and sex appeal -

NOT just with her lean, firm and athletic body -

But with her “I AM WHO I AM AND I DONT GIVE A FUCK WHAT YOU THINK OF ME” attitude, which of course makes her sexy on another level beyond how she looks.
I realised all this and in an instant, in the space of a single breath -

I knew that I wanted it back… And that I was going to do the work to create it.

This incredible power rose up out of me, through all the small time and surface level excuses I had been indulging in and I knew that it was time to stand out again.

To unleash the confident, sexy and sassy woman that is within all us - you included - and to unapologetically ooze sex appeal once more.

Normally when it comes to exercise, I am all about doing what you love, what makes you feel good and what brings some fun into your day.

These are focussed, do what it takes to get a fucking result type workouts.

Strong is as strong does and if you want strong then you gotta train a certain way.

The Food
Then there’s the food side of things.

Again, normally, Im all about eating in a way that you love, that is easy and you can do on repeat create the body you want over time.

Strong Mum is about RAPID change and about maximum toning in a minimum amount of time. This means we are gonna do some more advanced stuff to get your body responding FAST - so be prepared to push your comfort zone a little.
The Mindset
Then there is the mindset work that needs to be done. Make no mistake, you don’t walk into a room and turn heads just because your body looks like it was carved by a sculptor. If you have ANY ounce of your mind that is playing small or doubting your sexiness then you might as well be invisible - no one is going to notice.
Your aura, your swagger, the air about you only comes from truly giving zero fucks about what people think of you - especially those closest to you -

And that aint happening if your mental track is constantly telling you that you arent enough.

You know this is true. We’ve all seen women whose bodies are decent, but who just. fucking. OOZE sex appeal and your first though when you see her is “I want what she’s having!”

That happens in your head honey, not in the gym.
