5 Minute Mum Full Body Workout

The above exercises are some simple movements that can be done by anyone whether you have equipment or not. If you have a kettlebell then great, use the swing and thruster movement for your workout. If not, then choose some of the bodyweight exercises and add some extra resistance with anything you find around the house. I have been known to do baby thrusters! Maybe don’t start with those though 😉
