You don’t even know why you sabotage yourself do you?
Its has noting to do with your love of chocolate, or your inability to give up wine.
Because reality is that I eat and drink those things – they are not the thing that are sabotaging your weight loss.
Do you want to look at the REAL things that are sabotaging your weight loss?
It may hurt.
You might get upset.
You will definitely cry…
But I might add that it will be worth it.
You will be FREE.
FREE to actually get the body of your dreams, the energy that has you bouncing off the walls like you have had too much coffee. But so much more than this…
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LIVE THE LIFE YOU HAVE ALWAYS DREAMED OF, SINCE YOU WERE A LITTLE GIRL!
But I ask you again, do you REALLY want this?
Are you ready to decide, decide that you dreams, your goals, your desires are BIGGER that you BS emotions, your BS excuses?
This is not for every woman – some are not ready to look are the REAL stuff. The stuff that is beyond the emotional eatING, the comfort eating, the need to reward your good behaviour with food, your need to rebel against a diet, or your husband or your mundane life…
So once again I ask
Underneath all this sabotaging behaviour is a NEED that is being unmet, a fundamental part of YOU that is slowing dying inside because you know it is there, yet you push it down, you don’t bring it to the surface, you tell yourself that it isn’t that important…
What is this NEED?
Well for me it is LOVE, love and CONNECTION – and if I don’t get this I become LIFELESS.
I don’t dance
I don’t sing
I am a grumpy mum
I feel anger, uncontrolled rage inside my heart that I cannot placate
You see, I have been telling myself that I don’t need to be touched, I don’t need to be hugged (like REALLY hugged) I don’t need to feel a DEEP connection to Ryan to be HAPPY.
That I should be able to go without these things.
And it isn’t TRUE.
You die a slow death if you don’t look at these NEEDS and bring them to the surface to be satisfied.
You will turn to food, you will shop for clothes, you will look outside of yourself and your NEED to fulfil it…
But it NEVER works.
You will ALWAYS ALWAYS fuck your goals up, you will always sabotage your results, they will NEVER last!
This is why losing weight isn’t about food and exercise – they are the EASY parts.
Only the women that want to truly look at themselves will get results, lasting results, results in ALL areas of life.
Because once you START asking for what you really WANT and NEED in life, you become UNSTOPPABLE
Once you start speaking your truth and standing in your own POWER…
YOU ARE TRULY UNSTOPPABLE!
