- 250+ grams sashimi salmon
- 2 limes juice only
- 1 Lemon juice only
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Coriander (optional)
- 1 avocado
- 3 Tbsp natural yogurt
(if dairy intolerant use olive oil)
- Dice the salmon into small cubes, approx 1 cm.
- Mix all ingredients and stir through the raw salmon and allow it to sit until it is cured… it will look cooked (about 20minutes).
- Pour off excess liquid and plate up in center of large plate (presentation is everything when eating this dish!)
Mash the avo with the yogurt / olive oil and salt.
